Last year I got to fulfill one of my long time goals; to publish a children's book. What had started as a small project to create a book about the Shahnameh (i.e. the "Book of Kings," an epic poetry written a thousand years ago) for my son, turned into a self-publishing adventure and a best-selling book series.
