No it doesn't. Blogrolling lets you create a personal list of links to your favorite blogs and place it on your web site. Logestan can't do that. Instead, it lets you read those blogs from a single location, as far as they are all English blogs by Iranians. Logestan monitors blogrolling as a source of update notifications to learn when you, the bloggers, publish a new post.
