Please insert girder

I got the complete Futurama series (thank god for bit torrent) a few weeks ago and I've been watching those any chance I get ever since. Even though I've seen most of the episodes before, they're still funny.

I strongly think out of all the animated shows made for grownups, Futurama was the best. It's got really smart satirical humor, the animation is better than all of them (the 3D cell-shaded models and the overal colors are always great), it doesn't try to outdo itself every time by going over the top with the sexual jokes (ahem ... family guy), and the characters are among the best in TV animation history, in my opinion.

It's both a shame and a good thing that it got cancelled. I think, like every thing else, part of its appeal now is the fact that they no longer make it. Anyway ... I just wrote this cuz I wanted to write something in my blog.

I'm also going to get this fabulous shiny bender to make you burn with envy.
